Life in Pictures: Filmmaking Basics Workshop

Life in Pictures Short Film Competition is back! Presented by Revelation Perth International Film Festival and the Department of Communities, Life in Pictures invites people of all ages to create a 3-minute film that sparks a positive conversation about ageing. Shortlisted films will screen at Revelation’s Closing Night, with prizes awarded to the winning entries.

Never made a film before? No problem. In this free session, local filmmaker and academic Damien Spiccia will introduce some storytelling basics and share practical tips to help you get started. Entries close Friday 19 June and intergenerational teams are strongly encouraged!
