Volunteer Expo 2025

If you’re looking to meet new people, learn some new skills and share your skills, join us at the City of Joondalup Volunteer Expo and learn how to get started on your volunteering journey.

As well as meeting local volunteer organisations we will also have:

• fun activities coordinated by library community groups
• coffee van
• spot prizes
• ample free parking.

Talk to representatives from local volunteer organisations about the opportunities available and how to become involved. Some of these organisations include:

• Advocare
• Brightwater Group
• Pets of Older Persons Inc
• Australian Red Cross
• Riding for the Disabled Association of WA
• Wanneroo Fire Support Brigade
• Friends groups from the City of Joondalup

Upskilling opportunities

Join us for one of our upskilling workshops where we will teach you how to utilise a wide range of free digital resources available through Joondalup Libraries. Enjoy access to free WiFi and internet as well as print, scan, and copy facilities in a relaxing space at your local library. These resources are designed to help you gain new skills and enhance your volunteering experience.

We recommend you register for one of these free sessions online as numbers are limited.
