Free with City of Joondalup greens tipping voucher - Turf – with soil removed
Free Mulch
When stocks are available, residents can collect one cubic metre, or standard 6×4 box trailer load of mulch with their allocated mulch vouchers for free. All trailers must be covered with a tarpaulin and rope before leaving the facility.
Fees apply for tipping greens and mulch without a valid voucher.
