Burns Beach to Mindarie Dual Use Path

The purpose of this project is to complete the missing 3.5 km section of dual use path between Burns Beach and Mindarie which includes sections of path adjacent to Burns Beach Estate in the south and Catalina Estate in the north. Once all three sections are completed, the path will create a continuous route from North Fremantle to Jindalee.

2.8km of the Burns Beach to Mindarie dual use path has now been completed with funding provided by the Western Australian Planning Commission, Tamala Park Regional Council, City of Wanneroo and City of Joondalup. The path is accessible from the end of Long Beach Promenade in Mindarie – please be respectful of local residents by using the available on street parking.

The southern section adjacent to Burns Beach Estate (approximately 700m) is still to be constructed by Peet Limited. While all stakeholders are working to deliver the full link, until this section is completed there is no access through to Burns Beach.
