The City of Joondalup is excited to announce the return of its flagship children’s event, Little Feet Festival, on Sunday 26 October 2025.
Recognised as one of Perth’s premier children’s festivals, this free community event will transform Edith Cowan University’s Pines Gardens into an immersive world of dinosaurs, science and creative exploration.
More than 5,000 people are expected to enjoy five hours of interactive activities and live entertainment, with a program designed to spark curiosity and imagination.
Festivalgoers will have the opportunity to navigate the Rainbow Maze, experiment with slime, launch CO₂ rockets and excavate dinosaur fossils.
They can step into the St Stephen’s School solar system, an interactive immersive experience featuring giant inflatable planets. Kids can explore the solar system with their special space passports, collecting stamps at each station while learning fun facts about the universe.
Main stage performances will include the award-winning Dinosaur Time Machine, starring a life-sized T-Rex, and the engaging Baby Dinosaur Show.
Don’t miss the Supersonic Lab workshops or the roving performers and vibrant musical performances.
Joondalup Mayor Albert Jacob said Little Feet Festival 2025 reflects the City’s commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive events that promote learning through play.
“We are delighted to welcome Little Feet Festival back to Joondalup in 2025. This year’s program offers a unique blend of fun, imagination and educational experiences that will captivate children and families alike,” he said.
“At a time when many families are feeling the pressures of cost-of-living, providing a free event of this calibre is especially important. Little Feet Festival is a celebration of community, creativity and connection and marks the beginning of an exciting events season in our City.”
