In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Joondalup gives notice of its intention to impose differential rates on rateable property in the City of Joondalup for the 2026–27 financial year.

Submissions are invited on the proposed differential rating categories, rates and minimum payments. Please note that submissions can only be accepted from a City of Joondalup elector or ratepayer, or a City of Joondalup resident/ratepayer association.
