Music in the Park is back for 2025 with two incredible evenings of FREE live music. This year’s line-up shines a spotlight on some of Western Australia’s best local talent, with the series making its debut at Admiral Park in Heathridge and returning to Seacrest Park in Sorrento.
On Saturday 8 November, Perth's own Trent Williams is kicking things off at Seacrest with smooth vocals and rhythmic acoustic riffs that will set the perfect tone for the evening. Then get ready to dance as the Steve Hensby Band brings their high-energy mix of funk, soul, ska, psychedelia and folk to the stage. Closing out the night is The Little Lord Street Band – Perth's beloved country-Americana favourites who'll have you singing along to their heartfelt harmonies and outback storytelling.
On Saturday 15 November taking the very first Admiral Park stage is Margaret River’s folk-rock sensation Kiera Jas, whose bright melodies and emotive lyrics have cemented her as one of WA’s most captivating live performers. She’ll be followed by 19-year-old multi-instrumentalist Mitch Santiago – the Perth prodigy triple j has hailed as “extremely good indie rock.” To close the series, the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra Septet will bring the night home with their irresistible fusion of funk, soul and Latin jazz.
Alongside world-class performances, you’ll find delicious food trucks, family activities and Auslan interpretation to ensure the event is accessible and inclusive for everyone. All you need to do is pack a picnic rug or some chairs, gather your loved ones and join us for two unforgettable evenings of live music under the night sky.
Music in the Park takes place from 5pm-8.30pm at both venues.
