In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 and clause 2.2 of the City of Joondalup Meeting Procedures Local Law 2013, a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 14 August 2025, commencing at 6pm, in the Council Chamber at the Joondalup Civic Centre, Boas Avenue, Joondalup.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to:
- Bestow the title of Honorary Freeman of the City of Joondalup upon Michael Norman.
- Bestow the title of Honorary Freeman of the City of Joondalup upon Pamela Beggs.
- Bestow the title of Honorary Freeman of the City of Joondalup upon Hon. Cheryl Edwardes AO.
The meeting is open to the public.
