Through the Streets Alive grant program, the City of Joondalup has been awarded a $75,000 to make pedestrian friendly upgrades to Davidson Terrace.

Key principles for the project have been identified as:
  1. Slower streets - streets that are slower for vehicles create a safer and more inclusive environment for walking and riding.
  2. More opportunities for people & greenery - widen footpaths and create new memorable experiences for people and comfortable green environments.
  3. An even more connected Joondalup - It's fun, easy and safe to move around the town centre and connect with our diverse community.
  4. From small things, big things grow - Starting with the Davidson Terrace Intervention will create a ripple effect of ideas, a groundswell of community participation and increased vibrancy across our town center environment over a longer period of time.
