At the Council Meeting held on Tuesday 9 December 2025, Council requested the CEO to publish the attendance records of all elected members, on the City’s website, on a quarterly basis, for the following meetings:
- Strategy Sessions
- Briefing Sessions
- Ordinary Council Meetings
- Special Council Meetings
- Electors’ meetings
- Council-created Committee meetings (Audit & Risk, Policy, Major Projects & Finance, CEO Performance Review).
