Ocean Reef Marina

The City of Joondalup is a key stakeholder in this project and the construction of the Ocean Reef Marina is being undertaken by the developer, DevelopmentWA.  The City continues to assist the developer to ensure the project is delivered in line with community expectations and the original vision for the development.

Brief project update:

• Construction works on the marina breakwaters is almost completed.
• Land reclamation has commenced in preparation for the future of the new Ocean reef Sea Sports Club facility.
• State Government announced additional funding for Perth’s first coastal pool.
