Duncraig Library is a vibrant and welcoming community space enjoyed by people of all ages. The library opened in 1974 and as one of the top ten busiest Libraries in the state it remains a favourite place for people to experience, learn and socialise.

In April 2019 a community artwork collaboration between students at Duncraig Primary School and WA artist Andrew Frazer was unveiled on the front wall. It celebrates the surrounding native flora and complements the flourishing community garden located in the library courtyard and surrounds. The garden is managed by Duncraig Edible Garden, a community driven project that promotes values of community, sustainability and sharing economies.

Come and experience our wonderful space and enjoy the broad range of programs, activities and events we offer, or just sit, relax and have some quiet time and a good read.
