Tennis Courts

The City has many free use tennis courts. The tennis courts listed below are available for individuals to utilise free of charge and do not require bookings for casual use.

Commercial coaches are required to book with the City of Joondalup Community Facilities Bookings Office on 9400 4268. Courts that have coach bookings will be displayed on signage located at the court, detailing booking days and times.

Lights can be activated by pressing the button located on the main light pole. The lights will stay on until 9.00pm, with a buzzer sounding two minutes prior to the lights turning off.

Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible on 9400 4255 or via the Report Damage online service.

Warwick Open Space

Warwick Open Space is classified as a major conservation area and is ranked in the City of Joondalup’s top five bushland areas due to its high biodiversity values. The reserve covers approximately 60 hectares of bushland and is a great place for a nature walk or bike ride.

Penistone Park

Penistone Park opened on 12 May 2018 and includes a community sporting facility, softball infrastructure, two tennis courts and tennis hit-up wall, softball and cricket nets, netball and three-on-three basketball pad as well as a playground, barbecue and picnic shelter.

Greenwood Tennis Club

Greenwood Tennis Club was started in 1975 in the suburb of Greenwood. The current location was built for Greenwood Tennis Club to accommodate the need for more courts and larger facilities. In the 1990s, the courts were increased to twelve and new, modern club-room facilities were built.

Sorrento Tennis Club
