By gently guiding your breath, you create space for emotional release, energetic clearing and a return to your natural state of clarity, vitality and inner peace.
Breathwork is for anyone ready to heal, grow and reconnect.
If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, physical tension, emotional overwhelm, disconnection from purpose - or simply feel "off" - breathwork meets you where you are and takes you where you're ready to go.
About the Facilitator:
Shanie is a certified and registered breathwork facilitator with overs six years experience holding a safe, supportive space where your wellbeing is her highest priority. She will be guiding you to connect with your breath in a way that feels respectful, empowering and attuned to your body’s needs.
