Join us for an exciting yoga and high-intensity fitness series in the heart of Central Park, Joondalup!

Stretch and Sweat your way! Start your morning at 8am with a 45‑minute all‑levels yoga session, or start at 9am and enjoy a 45‑minute high‑intensity fitness workout. Can't choose? You don't have to! Come along from 8am and stay for both for the same price.
