Join the City of Joondalup in the annual Tangaroa Blue Foundation beach clean-up!

 

Join us to remove marine debris and litter from the coastline, and contribute vital data from your local beach to help prevent plastic pollution at its source.

Event details (meeting point is on the foreshore near the undercover picnic bench - look for the City of Joondalup signage):

8.30am - welcome (register, meet and greet, collect equipment)

8.40am - commence litter collection (beach, coastal path and surrounding area)

9.40am - return to meeting point and separate litter (for auditing)

10.15am - refreshments

All equipment will be provided for participants - gloves, buckets, bags, litter pickers, first aid kit, sharps container etc.

Please bring with you:

  • water bottle
  • reusable coffee cup
  • weather appropriate clothing 
  • enclosed shoes.
