937 Whitfords Avenue, Woodvale – Modifications to Mixed Use Development

On 27 July 2016, approval for a new three storey Mixed Use Development was granted by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). The City has now received and is currently assessing a planning application for modifications to the original approval, including an extension of time of two years to the validity of the approval.

The current proposal includes the following modifications:

  • Modifications to the basement car park.
  • 22 medical practitioners associated with the Medical Centre use.
  • Reduction of seven car parking bays.
  • Relocation of waste collection to the northern side of the building.
  • Increased building setbacks to the side and rear boundaries.
  • Minor modifications to floor areas.
  • Minor modifications to the building facades.
