City of Joondalup Libraries has partnered with the Children’s University to promote learning beyond the classroom and access to quality extra-curricular learning opportunities.

The Children's University encourages students to discover new places, explore new passions and develop new skills outside of the traditional classroom, whilst exploring future pathways to higher education. As a learning destination, children who participate in our nominated Children’s University programs log learning hours to receive milestone stamps in the Passport to Learning. A formal graduation ceremony is held at the end of each year to celebrate the students’ achievements.

Children participating in the Children's University program can have their Passport to Learning signed and stamped at all four branches after participating in the following programs:
•    Lego Club
•    School holiday programs
•    CoderDojo
•    Minecraft Engineers
•    Imagination Station
•   Special events and programs

Check the libraries events calendar for upcoming program dates and times.

The Children’s University WA partnership is jointly delivered by Edith Cowan University, the University of Western Australia and Children's University Australia.  To register for the program, please visit the Children's University website.
