Discovery session - seasonal gifts for the soul

Join poet Jake Dennis for a Discovery Session exploring the art of haiku.

Learn about the history and traditions of haiku, including its connection to nature, reflection and simplicity.

Through guided discussion and writing prompts, participants will create their own festive haiku as a personal keepsake or a thoughtful gift for someone special.

No previous poetry experience is required. This session is suitable for anyone interested in creative writing, Japanese poetry, mindful reflection or handmade seasonal gifts.

Participants will leave with a beautifully presented short poem to keep or share.
