An additional full refuse charge will apply for these bins.

This form is not for requesting bins for a new property, replacement or repair of bins or requesting a lime green lid green waste bin.

Owners will have to pay a $160.00 establishment fee plus an annual refuse charge of $360.00. An Interim Rates Notice will be issued to cover both charges. Complete this section to request the additional bins required.

The annual refuse charge is $360.00 per annum, plus a $160.00 establishment fee. An Interim Rates Notice will be issued to cover both charges.

Please note: An opt out establishment fee of $164.00 in addition to the above fees is required to be paid prior to the delivery of the bins. This cost covers the first financial year of part of. Every year thereafter, in addition to the annual refuse charge, there will be an additional charge of up to $242.00 for the larger 240L general waste bin which will be included as a separate item on your annual Rates Notice. For the 2023/24 financial year this fee will be $242.00.
