Annual parking permits

Please note as of 1 January 2023, the maximum allocated number of free annual parking permits per property will be reduced to two (2). If annual parking permits have already been allocated to the property, new applications will be assessed after the renewal period has ceased on 1 January 2023.

Proof of residency requires either a copy of an existing lease agreement (on letterhead paper) OR copy of any two(2) of the following documentation displaying required permit address :
- Recent gas, electricity or water bill/account
- Western Australia Drivers Licence
- Current entry in the Australian Electoral Roll
