Venue Hire Fees and Charges Policy
The City is introducing a new policy that sets the fees and charges for hire of City managed venues. The Venue Hire Fees and Charges Policy will come into effect from Sunday 1 January 2024.
Under the new policy, hirers will be classified into one of three categories, and all venues will be charged at an hourly rate based on that category. New charges will also be introduced for floodlighting and storage use.
Under the new policy, some hirers will pay less than they did previously, while others will pay more. Details on the policy including FAQs, modelled fees and charges, and a copy of the policy are able to be downloaded below.
