Technology training with Keystrokes
The City of Joondalup Libraries offer a program called Keystrokes which provides one-to-one tutoring for adults in using technology including smartphones, tablets (including iPads) and personal computers, covering topics such as:
- File management
- Web browsing
- Internet and password safety
- Downloading apps
- Connecting to eBooks
- Managing contacts and photographs
- Social media.
Bookings for a free 90 minute session may be made by calling your preferred City of Joondalup Libraries branch.

Digital drop-in is an informal group which meets at Woodvale Library on the first and third Fridays of each month from 9.45am to 12.00noon. The session features informal presentations and discussion about a range of technology topics and aims to assist people to use smart phones, tablets and personal computers and to gain knowledge to enable them to make decisions about technology. No charge and no need to register.
Online programs for self-directed technology training are also available. Topics include most commonly used software applications and social media.
