Technology training through the Libraries
City of Joondalup Libraries provide a number of technology training opportunities, including one-to-one training and small group classes.
Keystrokes
Offered at all branches, Keystrokes is a one-to-one session on your own device or one of the Libraries’ public computers, on a topic of your choice with assistance provided by a volunteer.
BeDigital
Offered at all branches, BeDigital is a small group class focussing on a range of useful topics based on the Australian Government’s Be Connected program. Sessions will resume in the first quarter of 2021.
Digital drop-in
Offered on the first and third Friday morning of each month at the Woodvale Library, Digital Drop-in is an informal group with the topics covered being largely at the request of the group.

Phone assistance with technology issues, including how to access the Libraries’ online resources, is available by contacting Woodvale library on 9400 4180.
Online learning
Online programs for self-directed technology training are also available. Topics include most commonly used software applications and social media.
