Deceased cats – notifying the City

Losing a pet can be a devastating time in your life; as difficult as this time may be, you need to advise the City within 28 days of your pet’s passing.

Providing this information can assist the City with updating its records and alleviate the possible upset of you receiving a registration reminder the following year.

Notification can be made by completing the Animal registration – amend cat or dog registration details online form,or by contacting the City via phone, email or mail.
