Deceased cats – notifying the City
Losing a pet can be a devastating time in your life, and at the time it can be difficult to talk about the loss of your pet with others.
As difficult as this time may be, you must advise the City within 28 days of your pet’s passing.
Providing this information can assist the City with updating their records and alleviates the possible upset of you receiving a registration reminder the following year.
Notification must be made by contacting City Rangers in writing by either emailing or post or by using the amend dog or cat registration form.
