Joining the library
Anyone can join a Joondalup library.
Residents of any age, visitors, schools and care centres can join Joondalup libraries. When you join at Joondalup, Duncraig, Whitford or Woodvale, your library membership will cover all the services offered at all four libraries. Even if you live outside the City of Joondalup, you are able to join our library service.
Visit your nearest or most conveniently located library and ask staff how to join.
Complete the form to become a digital member. Get instant access to online resources and eBooks. Digital memberships must be validated in person with identification to borrow physical items.
Bulk Loan Memberships are available for Adult Day Centres, Schools and Child Care Centres within the City of Joondalup.
What identification do I need to join the library?
Children under 18 need a parent or guardian with ID to join them, but don’t need their own identification.
