It is the owner, or authorised agent’s responsibility, to advise of any change of details contained in this application, including the sale or death of a dog or cat, to the registered Council immediately. If the owner or authorised agent is changing address to another Council, it is the owner or authorised agent’s responsibility to notify and register the dog or cat with the Council to which they are moving to.
